Friend of Education Award
   

The Bethel Christian Church in Jessamine County proudly displays a Kentucky State Flag that was flown over the State Capital in recognition of the church, by State Representative Bob Damron.

  • National Distinguished Legislator Award from the National Alliance for the Mentally ILL - U.S.  (only 10 legislators so recognized in the country)

  • Special Recognition Awards by Attorney General Gorman for Rep. Damron’s successful sponsorship of two pieces of legislation that dealt with punishment for the crimes of Child Sexual Abuse
