Fetal Homicide Act
 
Rep. Bob Damron, flanked by numerous supporters and legislators, watches Governor Ernie Fletcher sign into law Rep. Damron's Fetal Homicide legislation.
   
The bill ( HB 108 ) was the first bill Governor Fletcher signed onto law.  In his comments, at the bill signing, Governor Fletcher commended Rep. Damron on his efforts to find a bipartisan solution that solves this long unmet need to protect unborn children and hold criminals accountable for their actions.
