Rep. Bob Damron was recognized by the Kentucky Assisted Living Facilities Association at their Summer 2000 Statewide Conference in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Rep. Damron was awarded the Association’s prestigious "Public Policy Award for 2000" for his legislative efforts on behalf of Kentucky’s Senior Citizens. Damron’s successful sponsorship of HB 148 and HB 452 were cited as major initiatives for Kentucky’s Seniors by representatives of AARP.
